What better way to celebrate Fall-eve (oh, it’s a thing) than with a rock-star chef demo from Miller Union’s Steven Satterfield? There isn’t a better way, so be sure to drop by the demo tent this Saturday 9/21 at 10:00 a.m. to watch Chef Satterfield work some seasonal magic. Chef Demos are sponsored by COUNTRY Financial.

For the last three years, your favorite PRFM vendors have paired up to create some amazing dishes at PRFM's Mash-up event, and you won’t want to miss what they’ve got in store for you to taste and vote on this year. Plus, the silent auction is back with some incredible lots—just to name a few of the more than 60...a day of shopping, cooking, and feasting with Chef Linton Hopkins, goodies from Miller Union, Garnish & Gather, and Laughing Skull Lounge, an iPad sleeve from WellPutGoods.com, a cheese-making workshop from Many Fold Farm complete with stay at Serenbe, and a Local Three dinner with courses and pairings until you cry "Mercy!" The market will be open as usual during the Mash-up, so come ready to shop, taste, and bid on great auction items. This fundraiser pays for PRFM’s city-of-Atlanta-required police officer—thanks in advance for helping to support this part of the market! Tasting tickets will go on sale at PRFM on September 28.
